Bend the rules and create a LOTTERY to pay off the United States deficit. I know it's against the law to gamble; however, if it's to be applied toward a good thing, why not? I am sure many members of Congress and the White House have purchased LOTTERY tickets on their own accord. Create a Lottery similar to POWER BALL or MEGA MILLIONS...winner takes half and the other half will go toward paying off the deficit. The lottery tickets can be purchased for no less than $2/each. Often lotterys are in the multi-millions of dollars...that's a lot of money...simple, easy and going toward a good thing. In fact, Cancer Research should establish a Lottery too! WE THE PEOPLE want to take back our country, we do not want to be owned by another country and have to change our way of living.
