The Benefit of the Exchange and Commissary for all Veterans

Military veterans pay an extraordinary amount of taxes already, these men and women have given their heart and soul to keep our country free.This earned benefit should not be only for the few but to all that have served honorably; we as a whole cannot go shopping at the exchange or commissary if not retired or disable. We all joined the same membership, why have some with benefits and some don't. Everyone that have served and is a veteran should be able to shop there, we are not getting anything for free, but are buying for our families at a discount. We as veterans need to be part of the whole club with the whole membership, and not left out and forgiven after we served. All we want is to be able to shop and have the benefits for serving our country honorably.
