We the people request that Washington D.C. secede form the U.S. under the following conditions.
1. D.C. is walled off from the rest of the nation and armed guards keep ALL of Congress, the POTUS, the SCOTUS and ALL federal bureaucrats permanently contained within those walls.
2. The residents of the new D.C. assume the 16 trillion of federal debt that they created.
3. All outside communication to the United States is severed.
4. The Constitution and Declaration of Independence is moved to a secure location outside of D.C.
5. The new D.C. will request and receive no support or assistance from the United States.
6. Recognize that they are incompetent and no longer have any power over the individual states.
Since D.C. lives in it's own world, we request that those there be given one
