We voice our concern and commitment to the ongoing health benefits to our retired and disabled veterans.
Benefits cut for the veterans should be matched by benefit cuts to Congressional members.
It is unreasonable to expect our veterans to put life and limb on the line (promised life time health benefits) and then pass on expenses to them while members of Congress, vote themselves better benefits.
Better yet, cut out the lifetime health benefits that Congress voted for themselves. They are elected to vote on issues that are FOR THE PEOPLE, not for their own pocket or benefit. Make it effective for all, immediately…whether past or present.
