We as Americans have full rights under our first amendment to protest. The riots that have broken out through out the Country have turned violent with destruction of private and public property. and bodily harm to individuals. Arresting these inciters only causes more anxiety. High tech facial recognition allows a person to be I.D. without any physical contact. Benefits such as EBT, subsidized housing, welfare , etc. are not guaranteed benefits under our Constitution. The Benefits Forfeiture Law is simple: Any protester caught in violent acts of destruction of properties or harm to to any individual shall be identified and checked against Government Benefits rosters. If said perpetrator receives any benefits he or she there by forfeit's any said benefits for lifetime, no exceptions!
