Benjaman Kyle, a crime victim found in GA has been attempting to live in the US without a social security #. Since he has retrograde amnesia & cannot be identified by any governmental body, he must be issued a NEW one to be able to live as a productive & free citizen of the US. He has done nothing wrong & has been denied his rights for more than 6 years. This petition is to grant Social Security Administration permission to issue Mr Kyle a new Social Security number so that he may function freely within our society with all the rights and privileges he deserves.
