Bernard Noble should be given clemency for the minor drug offense of possession of 2 joints of marihuana. Incarcerating an American citizen for 13 yrs on such a minor offense when the law has been relaxed in his state since his arrest, is a violation of human & civil rights. Please do what you can to bring justice to the non-violent & minor drug offenders across the country, starting withBernard Noble. We all know that our last 3 POTUS have experimented with recreational drugs, so you could just as easily be in his place.
