We must make the Right to Gun Ownership carry a Responsibility that no unregistered person shall be given access to any registered or unregistered firearms by their respective owners. If you have a gun and it is not secured from access by unregistered people who come and go from the location you keep such arms, you shall be held accountable for any illegal use of your weapon as if you had committed the crime.personally.This includes members of the same household and excludes other legally registered Gun Owners.
