Better jobs for the disabled. I am a bi polar and was turned down for disability 3 times.

I believe that Vocational Rehab is ineffective in getting good positions for the disabled. I am bi polar and working with them to try to switch career fields and they have not offered any sort of training. The training that they do have available is minimal and will not afford the person to live much over the poverty line. I am tired of being discriminated against for my disability and not offered opportunities for growth. My grade point average in college is above average. I have a lot of education and experience. This needs to change immediately.
