Facebook has recently released a messaging application and required all users to download it in order to continue communicating with friends and family. This application has the power to record audio, call contacts, monitor or delete messages sent to your device, share your profile information with others, read your phone's call log, save call log, use the camera, and read all SMS messages regardless of content. All of the above are done without the permission of the application's user and is a violation of the 4th Amendment which bans the search and seizure of information or property without a warrant. We the people find the small print and actions of this application to be invasive and unconstitutional.
