Better regulate and take care of the Elderly of the Community.

Created by D.L. on November 14, 2012

In many Nursing homes, across the nation, our elderly are being mistreated. They are not taken care of them properly, nurses do not take the time needed to care for each occupant appropriately, and they are roughly moved about. This is even happening in Veteran Nursing Homes across the nation.
From my own personal experience, one of my elderly was left half dressed with feces all over her for over TWELVE hours. while another was fed to quickly and developed pneumonia do to foods going into their lungs. one is now dead while the other still lives with problems daily.
To better take care of our elderly loved ones we need to get more nurses stationed in nursing homes, harsher morale standards for Nurses, more frequent and harder inspections of nursing homes, surprise inspections.
