Better Sexual Education

Teenagers are told don't have sex, its not safe. I disagree i think children should be told the tips of safe sex, such as how to use condoms. Better sexual education will lower teenage pregnancy stats.Females should be place on birth control early so if they become afraid to tell their parents they are still safe, Parents should be smart and think if they were in the pediment would they be afraid of having this awkward conversation with their parent.
