City gangs in the U.S have increased because of the money coming in from drug smugglers down at the Mexican/American frontier.
We should focus our attention more on removing the drugs when they first come in the country, rather than letting the drugs enter and cause mayhem in our cities, due to lack of border protection.
With the lack of money, hiring more border patrol officers is a good idea, but lets use what we have and put our military troops on the southern borders.
