Here in the U.S., we have an ever-growing car culture that is, in many ways, allowing people to bring themselves together, turning cars into something more than just means of transportation. More so as cultural works of art and humanity. Of course we regard our own cars with much pride and concern, but we don't always show that same consideration towards import cars that don't abide the 25 year old rule. The Feds often seize and crush them if they are found. Why? Its because these cars do not meet certain standards the U.S. has put in place, but surely we do not have to create more garbage that will only lower the value of this nation and ruin our ecosystem with the byproducts of such waste. Surely we can preserve these cars in some way while keeping them off our roads. Lets do something!
