A better WiFi connection for all the people of North West IN especially La Porte IN.

Everyone would benefit from this if there was better WiFi areas throughout different areas of North West IN, most public places won't let you use there WiFi unless your a customer such as Mc Donalds Restraunt. Which makes this difficult on people who have no access to the internet from there cell phones, not every one can afford a cell phone plan that gives them unlimited internet use so many people try using a WiFi connection, no one should be denied access to the internet. The La Porte IN library is under construction/remodeling so there is no WiFi connection anywhere to be accessed, the WiFi connection that I am using right now in order to type this message was hacked into with my hacking program, otherwise typing this message wouldn't be possible.
