Big Corp Contracts I would like the government to stop companies requiring extended pay terms contracts to do business.

Created by E.R. on September 02, 2014

On behalf of Cotronics Corporation
I would like to petition the Gov't to require big corporations to pay invoices within normal standard terms of 30 days, make their contracts easier to abide by.
Major US corporations have now started to require payment terms to be anywhere from net 45 days to net 120 days(GE) as well as 25 page contracts spelling their required conditions so that these companies are not responsible for any errors and/or damages regardless who is responsible with litigation within the states that they are operating in. They are also requiring that we ship FOB destination. This is making it extremely difficult to conduct business and stay in business.
A small business cannot withstand all these conditions and still stay in business.
