Bill citizens who wishes to secede for the amount of federal benefits they have received in excess of what they paid

Created by C.G. on November 13, 2012

Those who no longer wish to be citizens of the United States of America should not receive any federal benefits in excess of what they have contributed. In, fact they should be charged for the difference upon exiting the Union. This includes the costs of services such as Social Security, Medicare, federally guaranteed mortgages and student loans, FEMA Assistance, flood insurance, FDIC protection, FDA inspections, transportation infrastructure, military protection and so forth. Of course, these services should be valued at market rates when determining the amount owed in order to pay down the deficit.
