The First Amendment protects Donald Trump's right to say whatever he wants. But the American taxpayer should not have to pay to protect a billionaire from the consequences of his own hateful rhetoric. Donald Trump has more than enough resources to pay for his own protection. Forcing the Secret Service to provide protection for him makes them look like thugs. It is not fair to the good men and women of the Service, and it is not fair to us...the people who are actually paying the bill.
