Bill every immigrant to the United States $50,000.00 USD to be paid annually to the US Treasury over a 30 year period.

If foreign persons apply for naturalization to the United States they will be assigned a Treasury account in which they are to provide $50,000.00 to be paid immediately or over a period of 30 years without interest. The immigration fee does not alter any other immigration process requirements but is in addition to and apriori all immigration rules and processes approved by the United States Congress. The Immigration Fee will be deposited into the United States Treasury to be used exclusively for immigration control and protection of United States citizens, property, and direct support of programs created in relation to immigration based on the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Magna Carta.
