A Bill To Make It Mandatory For All Public Schools To Add Civil Rights Curriculum

1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2. SECTION 1. The United States will hereby require all Public Schools to
3. Implement the Civil Rights Curriculum.
4. SECTION 2. Civil Rights are human rights that are protected by the
5. Government or other civil authorities. In the U.S., these rights are
6. explicitly outlined in the U.S. Constitution.
7. SECTION 3. Currently Civil Rights is not mandatory to be taught in our
8. school systems.
9. SECTION 4. The State Department of Education will provide assistance
10. and guidance to K-12 schools with respect to the Civil Rights Movement
11. and human rights education and awareness programs.
12. SECTION 5. This bill shall be carried out by the U.S. Department of
13. Education.
