Believe that the technology exists for the enhancement to Law Enforcement monitoring of convicted felons released on parole. Implantation would be for predetermined amount of time set in stipulations of Parole. Implant would report vitals (drug or toxicity) and GPS location (Restraining Order - Geo-Fence prohibited locations) to Parole Officer for enhanced monitoring of Intense Cases. Goal is to reduce number of repeat offenders through factored deterrent as well as aid in tracking down parole violators.
