An Endo Awareness Month post from the The Sisterhood of the StretchyPants and The Endometriosis Awareness Campaign: We feel that our biggest fear was met during the stumping for president. We are your mothers, sisters, daughters and nieces, and our rights to make decisions for our own bodies were severely threatened. Among the mess that was used to "strengthen" positions with each party was the topic of birth control. What you didn't know was that ALL hormonal birth control aren't used JUST FOR birth control. They are used to treat Endometriosis, Adeno, Ovarian Cysts, Ovarian Cancers and many many more female only diseases. It's not about pro-life or pro-choice it is simply about Women's rights PERIOD.
