The Black Feather Policy

Created by M.C. on May 31, 2013

The Black Feather Policy will make it mandatory for magazines who involve human relations to include a symbol for photoshopping. If a photo is altered in anyway, this symbol will grant the reader with knowledge of said photo not bein real. If the photo is altered and said symbol is not on the magazine, a fine of 10 dollars per magazine made will be issued. All money will be donated to the rehabilitation of people suffering from eating disorders and self-mutilation. This policy will aid the cause of saving men and women who are affected by the false images illustrated in magazines.
