With resent rumors of the black Panther Party taking the southeastern states as their own, and making a black nation within a nation. It seems that African Americans are so measurable and so mistreated here that they would welcome the idea of a Black Israel, a Promised land, their 40 acres and a mule, and restitution owed. I urge you to make this happen for all those who hate it here, and want their own Black Nation. I would like to suggest purchasing land in Africa for these people who feel that racism, and discrimination is holding them down. It could be just like a black state with the protection of our military, our Postal Service, and a lot of our Social Programs. Helping them build schools, hospitals, Agriculture, and businesses. The US government owes them this much.
