We, the members of the National Committee Against Judicial Corruption (NCAJC), do hereby Petition the Obama Administration to take the appropriate actions and stop the State of Colorado's Illegal Mandatory Parole Laws. These Mandatory Parole Laws are a violation of the United States Constitution --- in that they violate the Separation of Powers between the Judicial and Executive Branches of government. Colorado Judges are barred from being allowed to sentence a defendant to the time he believes is sufficient or just. Also, Colorado's Mandatory Parole is costing the tax payers millions of wasted dollars, as numerous Parolees are sent back to prison for minor offenses such as driving without license for six month periods.
