Workers already retired deserve to have the terms of their contracts honored by their employers, whether that employer be a private company or a government entity.
Workers already retired have planned and budgeted for their continued retirement AND IT IS NOT EQUITABLE to change the terms of that retirement after the fact. This is especially egregious as the retiree has no recourse to fight / negotiate such changes.
We find this to be a despicable practice and abhor those members of Congress who, while assured of their luxurious pension benefits, seek to destroy our elder citizens in order to line the pockets of their corporate sponsors.
