Baltimore's government should be investigated for corruption and we as taxpayers should not pay the bill for their self-destruction. Obama, do not condone childish tantrum behavior by using our tax dollars to reward their bad behavior. Let them sink in their own destruction for a few years to see how it really is to go without.
