Block anonymous phonecalls

Telephone service providers need to be forced by legislation to allow consumers to opt out of receiving calls where no number is given. This includes voicemail. We have hours of our money stolen from our accounts by callers that use our phone time. Time is money. They call with no known return number. They waste our phone minutes when we answer and our phone minutes when we check our voicemail. Hidden numbers are also how stalkers prey on their victims. We have all heard obscene messages left on voicemail with no return number. Simply using a blocking app and shunting the call to voicemail means we still have pay to to deal with it. The calls need to be blocked by the telephone service provider.
