With the pending combination of two of the largest ISP's in America, the market for the consumer only looks to get worse. This combination of Comcast and Time Warner creates a dangerous monopoly and hurts consumers in areas that already have limited choice in there internet service. If we want America to have a chance at catching up with other nations in terms of our internet quality, we need to be providing choice to consumers instead of forcing them all to live under the umbrella of an already ill-received company.
