To protect consumers, the FCC should deny the proposed merger between Comcast and Time Warner Cable.
By merging the two largest cable company, it will give the merged company even greater power as it control even larger share of the market and far greater negative impact on public interest directly and indirectly.
At the end, the consumers will pay higher monthly bill for the same service.
