Block employers from using your credit report to make a decision on hiring.

In this age of high unemployment, it is harder and harder to find a job and people find themselves in debt from various sources, be it credit card, medical, loans, payday loans and otherwise. Now employers can use this data to determine if you are a good person to hire. They check with the three major credit bureaus who have been known to make errors and tell you to check your credit report for errors. Someone can be denied employment due to things like hardships that make one declare bankruptcy, default or even if they didn't know they were an ID theft victim. So I call on congress to make it illegal to use your credit report to make a decision for a company to hire and even to make it illegal for an employer to check it as it is very person and has no bearing on someone's work.
