Block Indiana's State Bill No. 23, introduced on January 4th, 2013

Created by A.M. on January 04, 2013

On January 4th, 2013, Indiana's Senate was given Senate Bill No. 23, requires that the Lord's Player be recited in public schools. There are several flaws:
a) This bill is a blatant violation of the Federal Government’s Establishment and Free exercise clauses of the 1st Amendment to the constitution.
b) This bill discriminates against every religion including Christianity, and their right to practice at their discretion. The right for seculars and all religions to have their own spiritual practices and not be forced to follow a certain denomination’s beliefs in a public situation cannot be violated, and must be protected.
Protect Everyone’s Rights- Protest this Bill.
