Prevent the intimidation of the people of any state when using their constitutional right to address the federal government and President with matters concerning the wishes of the people in any and all matters concerning their constitutional rights with threats of loss of citizenship and exportation.This is a clear violation of the first amendment to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
