This merger effectively creates a monopoly with cable services, internet services, internet phone services, and cable television channels.
The allowance of this merger by the FCC and the Justice Department will have are irrevocable harmful effect on consumer choices regarding telecommunications, effectively creating a monopoly for Comcast Corporation, and kill competition within the market.
Furthermore, Comcast will continue to diminish net neutrality within the US effectively killing the Internet.
