The NSA should not be allowed to collect any data on US citizens without a warrant and all data that has already been collected should be destroyed.
Require all warrants to be issued by a PUBLIC court whose actions are transparent to THE PEOPLE. Disband all secret courts.
Require courts to throw out any NSA warrantless data in current criminal or civil cases.
Prosecute individuals or government workers that have lied to other government entities, courts, or legislators about the data collection methods or scope. If employed by the government, they should be fired and not allowed another public position if prosecution is not an option.
Lift all gag orders that prevent companies from disclosing collection practices that have been forced upon them by the NSA.
