Block the President, from using executive power to bypass congress when he can't get their required support.

Congress is divided into two chambers for a reason. The positive vote from both is required to pass legislation. This is what our forefathers intended as a means of checks and balances, in order to prevent tyranny, such as what we are approaching with the Obama administration.
