This proposed merger will certainly result in the loss of many jobs for employees in both companies. Comcast is already a powerful company and will have the power to stifle up and coming competitive services and the innovations they might bring. This will not serve the people, only big business. Both companies are rated very low in consumer satisfaction and should not be rewarded for bad behavior.
