Pabst Brewing Company owns many of our nation's most cherished local breweries including Schlitz, Lone Star, and Old Style. Allowing these cornerstones of American culture to be sold would be devastating. As the world looks to send a message to Russia about their lawless actions in Ukraine the United States needs to prevent the sale of Pabst to Oasis. Such an action would help to both maintain our dominance in the beverage industry and protect our position of authority in the world. Allowing the sale to go through would only fuel Russia's gratuitous aggression and recklessness. What world do we want to leave for our children? Certainly not a world in which Pabst is un-American. It is our duty as Americans to save Pabst.
