American Airlines CEO Tom Horton is requesting a $20 million severance package after driving the corporation into bankruptcy. If AA can't afford to pay it's labor a living wage, it most certainly cannot afford to pay it's CEO a $20 million severance with lifetime travel perks. Why should Tom Horton be rewarded for failing?
