In times of stressful relations, with technology so advanced, I submit that; in an effort to reduce case-load in our courtrooms, reduce violence on our streets and help our public servants to bring the truth into evidence, Body Cams and Dash Cams for ALL personnel in the field of Police work, including Sheriff and Deputies, State and Border Patrol, be required to video-record all interactions with all people at all times while on duty in the public domain. Why should the Truth be hidden in cases where it should be known? The expense is not great in comparison to the cost of not knowing the Truth! Every police vehicle should also have a camera for video capture . All video data should upload to a storage server and log a time stamp.
