We would like the Obama Administration to recreate Air Force Colonel Gail Halvorsen's 1949Candy Bombing during the Berlin Airlift by carpeting Syria and Iraq with massive amounts of candy. Assuming permission from appropriate sources can be obtained, we would like this air campaign to be named Operation Reese's Cup.
