All books for higher education should be provided by the college, university, or institution without the increase of tuition. It is ridiculous to ask students who are thousands of dollars in debt, to pay hundreds of dollars more every semester for books simply to recieve their education they are already paying for. These schools make enough profits already through tuition, room/board etc. to have students wondering how they are going to afford their books to recieve their education. The only time students should be charged for books is upon late/no return at the end of the semester, if they choose to purchase them, or damages to the books. Americans looking to better themselves with higher education should not be taken advantage of with the ridiculous price of school books.
