Boost the Economy Part 1: Simplify the tax codes - Close tax loop holes or Government Welfare to executives.

Created by M.N. on September 03, 2012

Companies can freely choose how to compensate their workers and executives, but to the receivers all compensations are of the same type, and they should be treated as such. CEOs, top executives, and fund managers of mutual funds or private equity funds have long escaped the tax fairness. They argue part of their compensations carry risks. But they accept the risks in exchange for their outsized compensations.

American people ask the President to propose a tax plan to level playing fields. All executives’ compensations, including but not limit to stock options, stock grants, carried interest, etc (as long as in exchange for their works) are subject to personal taxable salary like the rest of Americans.

Stop the tax abuse and executives' welfare. Put the money to better uses!!!
