Borders are a Fourth Amendment free zone?

These are the current area's of the United States, which as of now, are having their fourth amendment rights trampled on. The Department of Homeland Security have declared its agent's now have the right to search and seize our electronic devices without a warrant or any reason at all. Yeah, this isn't working Mr. President. I don't know about you, but I would feel pretty violated for an agent just to waltz up and suddenly start rummaging through my phone, music player, or computer without good reason or warrant. Put it this way, if its not what you would want for your daughters, don't force it upon the rest of us. Sir, we ask of you to fix this.
