Both parents should divide jail time concerning child support.Mothers should be prosecuted for having babies for profit

The American black families are out of control,the children have no chance, real American black woman have gone extinct,we now have a generation of black woman who are literally breeding for survival,millions of men are incarcerated right now for child support that Thay can't afford,meanwhile the mothers can just move on to the next man and have 10 more babies with out any consequences,this has to STOP,mothers should finally pay their share of jaill time for continuing to endanger the lives of their unborn children by not having a basic support system to care and raise a child properly not have the government raise them.Maybe if black children actually saw their Mothers going to jail for not keeping their legs closed,and had DAD around while she did her jail time things would change .
