both speed up determination of disabilities and create jobs by hiring more Social Security Administration personnel.

Created by M.G. on January 18, 2013

The Agency originally created to ensure the welfare of former hard-working Americans who can no longer remain employed due to severe physical and/or mental hardships operates under the policy of denying deserved benefits to those who need them. This policy goes against the governmental promise of caring for its citizens who have, by legal mandate, pre-paid into the Social Security and Disability programs through lifelong payroll deductions in preparation for the mere possibility that they would be needed. 1st and 2nd applications are routinely denied and from that point on it takes, on average, just under an additional year to be assigned a hearing date- which will be months further into the future. All this backlog is due to drastic understaffing at these offices. Hire more employees!
