We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Since both the winner and losers of this election have questioned the validity of the vote, we demand a re-vote.

Created by S.B. on November 28, 2016

Trump is claiming that 3 million votes are illegal, Stein is calling into question the votes in key swing states, and Clinton won the popular vote by two million votes. It is, then, incumbent upon the government of, by, and for The People to provide The People of the United States of America the right to a new election so that their representation is legitimate. If "taxation without representation" provided the cause for our revolutionary war, then "representation without validation" is our constitutional right.
