In response to the Russian invasion of the Ukraine region of Crimea, the United States should boycott the 2014 Winter Paralympics being held in Sochi, Russia. The paralympic games stand for peace and Russia should not be rewarded with economic benefits of the games during a military invasion of a neighboring country. The United States should also work to persuade its alllies to boycott the games.
