Since the likes of celebrity publications, there has been an increase in paparazzi-stalkers following innocent children and photographing them whilst in public.
Understandably this isn't likely to happen with a child of an un-famous background, however, it doesn't make the matter any less serious.
Images are constantly circulating within media industry, and unless the parent(s) of that child wish to share the image(s) of their child(ren) to the rest of the world, for example, via social media - there is NO excuse as to why random people should be photographing them.
Focussing on the stalker-like attitude of the paparazzi, you should understand that parenthood is an important factor in life and protecting a child is natural.
I'm calling to boycott the paparazzi photographing children.
