Mr. President!
Having regard to:
-The fact of the illegitimacy of the executive and legislative authorities in the Russian Federation, formed as a result of dishonest, unfair and falsified elections 2011-2012;
- Tightening repressive practices of the Russian political regime against the opposition, the media and other civil society institutions;
- Cynical and despicable response to the received in the U.S. "Magnitsky Act" by the regime of Colonel Putin;
- Support from the Russian authorities of the totalitarian regimes in Iran, Syria and North Korea;
We invoke you, Mr. President, to take the decision to boycott the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi (Russia), 2014.
Your decision will determine whether the boycott is similar to the Berlin Olympics 1936 or the Moscow Olympics 1980.
